This boat was built by the owners with much thought for comfort
and plenty of storage as a live on boat. It has a lovely open
plan design to enjoy the Murray as you travel.
The master bedroom is large and roomy with built in full size
wardrobe and dresser along one wall. The second bedroom features
bunks with a private door to the exterior. There is a 2nd rear
lounging area that could with a day/night sofa accommodate extra
guests.
The front deck has an extended sun canopy to protect you against
the elements so you can enjoy outdoor dining or entertaining
friends.
The back deck also has plenty of room to have your comfortable
outdoor furniture to watch the world go by while the chef of
the family cooks the BBQ.
There are shade awnings along both sides of the boat to block
out heat and for privacy whilst at your moorings. Certainly a
boat worth looking at if you have ever considered a holiday home....
As an extra feature if required, the back
deck was originally designed with extra support beams to allow
for a small car or 4 wheel drive to be stored in that area .
The side gates on both sides allow access to drive it on and
off with ease. The deck already has the extra strength to accommodate
this feature with extra support and the width required for a
small car. This feature however requires the under deck gangplank
still to be made if the buyer wishes to use the back deck for
vehicle storage. |
