Stargazer is certainly a boat that needs no work. Many areas
have been updated, repaired or replaced.
For someone that is looking for a houseboat that they can board
and enjoy immediately this is the one for you.
She has 4 separate bedrooms with a 2nd lounge at the rear with
a quality sofa bed if required as a 10 berth or
as a quiet area for reading or watching TV.
Stargazer has a lovely spacious feel with classic timber throughout
and a large colonial table to seat 10.
In the front living area and the rear lounge the TV and DVD were
replaced 2 years ago.
The large spacious kitchen which was upgraded 2 years ago has
2 new fridges (12 months old) dishwasher and stove.
There is a new tucker box freezer plus new lino through kitchen
and bathroom area. The 2 toilets were replaced 2 years ago.
There is plenty of deck space front and rear with good walkways
down the side.
The large top-deck was fibre-glassed 3 years ago and a new canopy
made to enjoy those moments of peace to watch the day go by.
The two main bedrooms have been fitted with slide doors to the
side deck.
A new hot-water service has been added plus larger plumbing fitted
to ensure good showers and water pressure throughout.
There are new covers over the motors, new swim deck and new ladder
and all new wiring under the boat which completes the upgrades.
Stargazer is in survey so she can continue in the hire market
or the perfect private boat for someone contemplating living on
the river.
